Frequently asked questions

How long does a custom build take?

Build time is around three weeks.

Delivery is approximately two months. (We must stress that once the container is loaded onto the ship, it is out of our hands until it reaches Southampton Docks, sometimes there are unforeseen hitches, but generally, things run smoothly).

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, with all custom builds we require a 50% deposit, and the balance is required once our QC agent has checked the trailer before it leaves the factory.

All prices are subject to VAT.

How much do the trailers cost?

Do you offer finance?

Yes, finance can be provided subject to the relevant credit checks being met.

Do the trailers come with a Gas and Electricity Certificate?

We can supply certificates at an additional cost.
